Return, exchange, and cancellation policy: 1- In case of order cancellation after it has been shipped, a shipping fee of 29 will be deducted from the amount even if there is a free shipping offer, and the amount will be refunded after confirming that the canceled shipment has not been received for one to two weeks. 2- In case of order cancellation before it is shipped, the full amount will be refunded. 3- In case of requesting a product return within 24 hours of receipt, an additional delivery or shipping fee of 29 will be charged. 4- In case of product replacement, it must be requested within 48 hours of receiving the order, and an additional replacement fee of 29 will be applied to the order. 4- When exchanging or returning, the product must be in its original condition upon receipt, with the same box, bag, and all accessories. 5- The money will be refunded immediately after the product arrives to us and its condition is verified. 6- If the product arrives broken, damaged, or different from what was ordered, we will compensate you immediately with another free product. 7- For returns of orders included in the free delivery offer, delivery and return fees will be deducted from the order value. 8- Orders from outside Saudi Arabia are not eligible for return or exchange.
